Debra A. Moore

Debra A. Moore, 55, of North Scotland Lane, New Castle, died Thursday, October 22, 2015 at Haven Convalescent Home in New Castle. She was born March 24, 1960 in New Castle, the daughter of the late Charles Haught and Mary (Simpson) Haught. Her mother survives in New Castle. She was married to Peter J. Moore on July 4, 1986, he survives in New Castle. Mrs. Moore worked at Haven Nursing Home as a nurses aide for 35 years. Debra worked many years at the Haven where she dedicated her life to helping and making better the lives of the many patients for whom she cared for.

In addition to her mother and husband she is survived by three children, Gerry E. Moore and wife Amanda of Panama City, FL, Brian J. Moore of Pittsburgh, PA, and Carly L. Moore of New Castle, one brother, Leroy Haught of New Castle, and one grandson, Brian Abel Moore.

Visitation will be held at the William F. & Roger M. DeCarbo Funeral Home, 926 Cunningham Avenue on Monday, October 26, 2015 from 4 PM to 8 PM.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday, October 27, 2015 at 11:30 A.M. at the William F. DeCarbo Memorial Chapel. Rev. Chad Stoecker of First Assembly of God will be officiating. Burial will be in the Graceland Cemetery.
