William J. Weber, IV, 45, of Cunningham Avenue, New Castle, died Wednesday, November 4, 2015 at Jameson Memorial Hospital in New Castle. He was born March 3, 1970 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania the son of Evelyn (Howe) Biddle and her husband John L. Biddle, they survive in New Castle. Mr. Weber was a welder and foreman at Kasgro Rail Corp. for 16 years. He was a Marine veteran of Desert Storm and Desert Shield serving in Iraq. He was also a veteran of the Army National Guard. Mr. Weber received the Southwest Asia Service Medal with two stars for his service and various other ribbons and medals. He was a life-long member of VFW Post 315 and currently was serving the Post as Commander. Mr. Weber was an avid Steelers fan and will be remembered and missed as a wonderful father and family man.
In addition to his mother and step-father, he is survived by five children, Jessica Weber of New Castle, Jeffrey Weber of Youngstown, OH, Savannah Kruger of New Castle, Lane Lightner of New Castle, and Layla Weber of New Castle, one sister, Tammi Weber of Anaconda, MT, his grandmother, Lucy Saas of New Castle, his companion, Johnette King of New Castle, his former wife, Beverly Bargar Weber and a number of nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held at the William F. & Roger M. DeCarbo Funeral Home, 926 Cunningham Avenue on Monday, November 9, 2015 from 3 PM to 6 PM.
Funeral services will be held Monday, November 9, 2015 at 6:00 P.M. at the William F. & Roger M. DeCarbo Funeral Home. Pastor Dominick Cestrone of New Castle Revival Center will be officiating. The New Castle Area Honor Guard will perform Military Funeral Rites at the funeral home.
