Kevin T. Sims

Kevin T. Sims, 58, of North Beaver Street, New Castle, died Tuesday, December 8, 2015 at Silver Oaks Nursing Center in New Castle. He was born July 19, 1957 in Gary, Indiana the son of the late William Sims and the late Edna (Robinson) Smith. He married Pearlie M. (Harris) Sims on May 26, 2007, she survives in New Castle. Mr. Sims worked for US Steel as a janitor and he worked for a Nissan Dealership in Indiana. He enjoyed watching TV especially Westerns.

In addition to his wife he is survived by three sons, Kevin T. Sims, Jr., Karl Sims, and Kris Sims all of Madison, WI, three step-children, Jesse D. Harris, Donald R. McFall, II, and Arvenia D. Edwards all of New Castle, one sister, Danyale Smith of Indianapolis, IN and twenty-two grandchildren.

There are no services scheduled at this time. Funeral arrangements are by the William F. & Roger M. DeCarbo Funeral Home, 926 Cunningham Avenue.
