Richard J. Crowl

Richard J. Crowl, 53, of North Ray Street, New Castle, died Thursday, January 14, 2016 at Jameson Memorial Hospital. He was born in New Castle on December 30, 1962 the son of the late Richard B. and Velma J. (Bohizic) Crowl. He married Jennie M. (Pasquarello) Crowl on June 16, 1984, she survives in New Castle. Mr. Crowl was a delivery man and pie man for Mr. Pizza for 26 years. He also was a shooter for Pyrotechnico for 26 years. Richard was an avid bowler and enjoyed singing Karaoke. He also loved watching wrestling with his grandkids and watching the Steelers with his family.

In addition to his wife he is survived by three children, Nicole L. Crowl of New Castle, Richard J.B. Crowl of New Castle and George S. Crowl of New Castle, three grandchildren, Aleigha Schwartz, Timothy DeSalvo and Camden Schwartz, and a number of aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Visitation will be held Monday, January 18, 2016 from 10 AM to 12 Noon at the William F. & Roger M. DeCarbo Funeral Home, 926 Cunningham Avenue.

Funeral services will be held Monday, January 18, 2016 at 12 Noon at the William F. DeCarbo Memorial Chapel. Pastor Frederick Gilbert of Independent Methodist Church will officiate. Burial will be in Parkside Cemetery.
