Frank V. Pandolph, 87, of E. Euclid Ave., New Castle, died Saturday evening, April 25, 2009 at UMPC Shadyside Hospital in Pittsburgh. He was born December 7, 1921 in New Castle, Pennsylvania a son of the late Carmelo and Rose (Crisci) Pandolfo. He was married to Dorothy S. (Shevel) Pandolph for 51 years, she survives in New Castle. Mr. Pandolph worked in sales for Superior Auto Assembly in Beaver Falls and American Lubricant Co. in Dayton, OH. He was a member of the First Assembly of God and a former Youth Group Leader, Sunday School Teacher and Sunday School Supervisor, and Usher at the church.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by a number of nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by one brother, Angelo Pandolph, and two sisters, Mary Pandolph, and Theresa Pandolph.
Visitation will be held at the William F. & Roger M. DeCarbo Funeral Home on Tuesday, April 28, 2009 from 5 pm to 8 pm.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday, April 29, 2009 at 11:00 am at the William F. DeCarbo Memorial Chapel. Pastor Kenneth Meyer of First Assembly of God will be officiating. Burial will be in the Greenwood Cemetery.
