Todd Daniel Buchanan

Todd Daniel Buchanan, 47, of Francis Dr., Hillsville, died Monday afternoon, May 4, 2009 at Jameson Memorial Hospital in New Castle. He was born January 11, 1962 in Ellwood City, Pennsylvania a son of Howard and Carroll (Murray) Buchanan. His father precedes him in death, his mother survives in New Castle. He is also survived by his wife, Deborah (Wigton) Buchanan. Mr. Buchanan worked as a machine operator at US Can and also at Wal-Mart in New Castle. He was a member of the Bessemer Rod & Gun Club. He enjoyed hunting and fishing and he collected trains.

In addition to his mother and wife, he is survived by, two daughters, Michelle Wilson of Ellwood City, PA, and Tabitha Gotjen of Edinburg, PA, three brothers, Rex and Howard Buchanan, both of Minnesota, and Eric Buchanan of New Castle, PA, two sisters, Larla Henry, and Jodie O'Conner, both of New Castle, PA and four grandchildren, Amanda and Micheal Marciante and Alyk and Jayda Rae Haswell.

A private funeral service will be held at the William F. DeCarbo Memorial Chapel of the William F. & Roger M. DeCarbo Funeral Home. Samuel Crawford, cousin of the deceased, will be officiating.
