Terry 'Pd' 'Dick' Clarke

Terry ‘PD’ ‘Dick’ Clarke, 60, of New Castle, passed away Saturday, June 25, 2016 in Venice, FL while vacationing with his brother and sisters. He was born in New Castle on July 2, 1955 a son of the late Thomas and Joan (Vimmerstedt) Clarke. Terry was a graduate of Vo-Tech in 1974 and moved to Phoenix until he returned to New Castle in 1991. He was a kind and gentle soul who would do anything for his family and friends. Terry enjoyed hanging out with his family and many, many friends. He especially enjoyed spending time with his lifelong friends, Nick Ambrosini, Kevin DiLullo, and Dave Swanson. He will be remembered for his outrageous, funny sense of humor.

He is survived by one brother, Gregory Clarke and his wife Carla of Venice, FL, four sisters, Christine Chill and husband Brad of New Castle, Pam Bowers of Hurst, TX, Joan Mitchell and husband Ed of Arlington, TX and Germaine Reyes and husband Ralph of Arlington, TX. He is also survived by seven nephews, Eric Bowers, Ryan Clarke and wife Jen, Justin Bishop and wife Lisa, Thomas Chill, Bradley Chill, Drew Reyes and Dylan Reyes and three nieces, Jessica Bowers, Aly Smith and husband Bryan and Sarah Anderson and husband Chris, and nine great nieces and great nephews. Terry is also survived by Chuck Mooney, who he raised as his own.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his
grandparents, Ted and Dorothy Clarke and Rip and Sadie Vimmerstedt.

A Memorial Service will be held Sunday, July 17, 2016 from 1 PM to 3 PM at the William F. DeCarbo Memorial Chapel. A Celebration of Terry’s life will follow at 3:00 PM. Funeral arrangements are by the William F. & Roger M. DeCarbo Funeral Home, 926 Cunningham Avenue.
