Christina Erhardt

Christina Erhardt, 96, of East Friendship Street, New Castle, formerly of New Wilmington died Friday, September 2, 2016 at Golden Hill Nursing Home in New Castle. She was born in Sajkas Sentiwan, Yugoslavia on December 18, 1919 a daughter of the late Adam and Maria (Adolph) Huber. She was married to the late Jakob Erhardt who died August 29, 2002. Mrs. Erhardt was a cutter retiring after 15 years at Bamberger & Reinthal Garment Factory in Cleveland, OH. She also volunteered at Parma Hospital for many years.
She is survived by one son, Jacob Erhardt and his wife Lotte Herwig-Erhardt of New Wilmington, one sister, Eva Burchert of Aurora, OH, one grandson, Christopher Erhardt, MD and his wife Lendita, two great grandchildren, Nicolas and Emily Erhardt and one niece.
There are no services scheduled at this time. Funeral arrangements are by the William F. & Roger M. DeCarbo Funeral Home, 926 Cunningham Avenue.
