Antoinette L. Ferrara
February 21, 1951 — July 18, 2009
Antoinette L. Ferrara, 58, of Highlandview Dr., Union Twp., died Saturday, July 18, 2009 with her family and friends at her side at Jameson Memorial Hospital. She was born February 21, 1951 in New Castle, a daughter of the late Louis and Virginia (Palmer) Ferrara. Miss Ferrara was the manager of the Triangle Bar for 35 years. She enjoyed riding her motorcycle, bowling and playing bingo. Miss Ferrara was an avid Steelers fan and loved her dog Blackie.
She is survived by her long time friend, James J. Gettings, two brothers, David A. Ferrara and his wife Mary Ann of Monroe, MI, and Louis J. Ferrara, II and his wife Gladys of New Castle, one sister, Luana R. Sullivan of Killeen, TX, and a number of nieces and nephews who loved her dearly.
She was preceded in death by her sister Jennie L. Ferrara.
Visitation will be held at the William F. & Roger M. DeCarbo Funeral Home on Wednesday, July 22, 2009 from 5 pm to 8 pm.
Blessing services will be held Thursday, July 23, 2009 at 12:00 pm at the William F. DeCarbo Memorial Chapel. Father John Petrarulo of St. Vitus Church will be officiating. Burial will be in St. Vitus Cemetery. On-line condolences can be sent to: www.williamrogerdecarbo.com.
