Kathleen J. Quinn

Kathleen J. Quinn, 64, of Moyer Road, New Castle, died Wednesday, October 19, 2016 at UPMC Passavant - McCandless in Pittsburgh. She was born February 4, 1952 in New Castle, a daughter of the late Kenneth and Doreen (Sharpe) Hanna. She was married to Thomas M. Quinn on August 24, 2002 he survives in New Castle. Mrs. Quinn was an LPN at Silver Oaks, Haven Nursing Home and UPMC Horizon for 20 years. She enjoyed sewing and making crafts, especially dolls, bunnies and sock monkeys. She loved her dogs, Sadie and Ben and also loved spending time with her grandchildren.

In addition to her husband she is survived by three children, Kimberly S. Haught and Donald of New Castle, Robyn R. Rocha and Bert of Jackson, NJ, and Todd A. Graham and Jessica of Pace, FL, two step-children, Renee I. McDonald and Ray of Wampum, PA, and Chelsea Quinn of New Castle, one brother, Kenneth Hanna and Helen of Hodgenville, KY, one sister, Wendy McConnell and Dave of New Castle, ten grandchildren, Darrin, Gabriella, Collin, Caitlyn, Jonah, Bianca, Tiana, Taylor, JoJo, and Kendall and two step-grandchildren, Melissa and Beth Ann.

She was also preceded in death by her sister Debra Werner.

Visitation will be held at the William F. & Roger M. DeCarbo Funeral Home, 926 Cunningham Avenue on Monday, October 24, 2016 from 5 PM to 7 PM.

Funeral services will be held Monday, October 24, 2016 at 7:00 P.M. at the William F. DeCarbo Memorial Chapel. Pastor Douglas Runyan of New Bedford Evangelical Presbyterian Church will be officiating. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery.
