Sandra J. Safranic, 73, of King Avenue, New Castle, died Sunday, October 23, 2016 at Edison Manor Nursing Home in New Castle. She was born July 23, 1943 in New Castle, a daughter of the late Ray and Esther (Schneitsinger) Fulkerson. Mrs. Safranic was a telemarketer for the New Castle School of Trades for over 15 years and she loved dogs.
She is survived by one son, Ronald J. Safranic of New Castle, one brother, Lawrence Fulkerson of New Castle, and one sister, Susan Fulkerson of New Castle.
She was also preceded in death by her husband George C. Safranic in 2003.
There are no services scheduled at this time. Funeral arrangements are by the William F. & Roger M. DeCarbo Funeral Home, 926 Cunningham Avenue.
