Kevin D. Nagy, Jr.

Kevin Daniel Nagy, Jr., 22, of Rose Stop Road, New Castle, died Wednesday, January 11, 2017 in New Castle. He was born January 7, 1995 in New Castle, a son of Kevin D. and Cristy L. (Johns) Nagy, Sr., his parents survive in New Castle. Kevin was an electrician at Ellwood City Forge and a member of the United States Marine Reserve. He was also a volunteer firefighter for the Shenango Township Volunteer Fire Department. Kevin was an avid hunter, enjoyed dirt bike riding and building vehicles with his brother and four wheeling with his buddies. He will be remembered as a people person who always put others before himself.

In addition to his parents he is survived by one brother, Michael G. Nagy of New Castle, his grandparents, Gary and Sharon Johns and Daniel and Marcia Nagy, all of New Castle, his great grandmother, Helen Morrone of New Castle, and a number of aunts, uncles and cousins.

Visitation will be held at the William F. & Roger M. DeCarbo Funeral Home, 926 Cunningham Avenue on Monday, January 16, 2017 from 12 Noon to 2 PM and 5 PM to 7 PM.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday, January 17, 2017 at 12:00 P.M. at the William F. DeCarbo Memorial Chapel. Pastor Cliff Reynolds of Word Alive Church will be officiating. Burial will be in the Parkside Cemetery.
