Irene B. Clements

Irene B. Clements, 57, of East Main Street, New Castle, died Saturday, February 18, 2017 in New Castle. She was born August 26, 1959 in New Castle, a daughter of Paul Robertson, Sr. and the late Nancy (Pasco) Robertson. She was married to the late Hugh David Clements, Sr. who died June 8, 2013. Mrs. Clements was a nurses’ aid at Cedar Manor Nursing Home retiring after 25 years. She enjoyed bingo and playing cards and loved spending time with her grandsons.
In addition to her father she is survived by two children, Hugh David ‘Day Day’ Clements, Jr. of New Castle, and Kimberly S. Clements of New Castle, two brothers, Larry Annarumo of New Castle, and Paul Robertson, Jr. of New Castle, three sisters, Mary Margaret Schindler of Phoenix, AZ, Paula Hake of Wampum, and Tammie Johnson of New Castle, and two grandsons, James Grooms, III and Kenneth Koziol.
She was also preceded in death by her brother Ralph Annarumo.
Visitation will be held at the William F. & Roger M. DeCarbo Funeral Home, 926 Cunningham Avenue on Thursday, February 23, 2017 from 1 PM to 3 PM.
Funeral services will be held Thursday, February 23, 2017 at 3:00 P.M. at the William F. DeCarbo Memorial Chapel. Rev. Dennis Bupp will be officiating.
