Margaret M. 'Maggie' Sinibaldi

Margaret M. ‘Maggie’ Sinibaldi, 96, of Golden Hill Nursing Home, died Sunday morning, May 21, 2006 at Golden Hill Nursing Home in New Castle, Pennsylvania. She was born July 12, 1909 in New Castle, Pennsylvania the daughter of Antonio and Alice (Simpson) Conti, they precede her in death. She married Querino Sinibaldi, who died October 12, 1957. Mrs. Sinibaldi worked at the Johnson Bronze for 5 years. She then was owner and operator of Maggie's Restaurant for 12 years in New Castle. She was a former member of the Columbus Club Auxillary and the Ladies of the Dukes. She enjoyed playing bingo and cooking.

She is survived by 2 daughters, Marion Klabon of New Castle, PA and Alice Bellino of Youngstown, OH, 3 sons, Joseph Marchione of Las Vegas, NV, Anthony Sinibaldi of Youngstown, OH, and Robert Sinibaldi of New Castle, PA, 3 brothers, Anthony 'DoDo' Conti of Stanton, CA, and Donald 'Duckie' Conti, Sr. and Richard 'Dickie' Conti, Sr. both of New Castle, PA, 1 sister, Louise Louis of New Castle, PA, 15 grandchildren, 22 great grandchildren and 9 great great grandchildren.

In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by 5 brothers, Thomas Conti, Albert 'Jabby' Conti, Louis Conti, Carmen Conti, and Fred 'Fritzie' Conti, 2 sisters, Clara Louis and Emma Myers and 1 granddaughter.

Visitation will be held at the William F. & Roger M. DeCarbo Funeral Home on Tuesday from 2-4 PM and 7-9 PM.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Wednesday, May 24, 2006 at 12:00 P.M. at St. Joseph the Worker Church. Father Robert Schweitzer of St. Joseph the Worker Church and Father James Downs of Christ the King Parish will be officiating. A funeral procession will leave the funeral home at 11:30 am. Burial will be in the St. Joseph Cemetery.
