Harry Coulter, Jr., 82, of Wesley Lane, Edinburg, died Tuesday, February 9, 2010 at Golden Hill Nursing Home. He was born September 9, 1927 in New Castle, a son of the late Harry and Thelma (Blews) Coulter. He was married to Betty M. (Williams) Coulter who died October 13, 2004. Mr. Coulter was a foreman at Youngstown Sheet and Tube retiring after 32 years. He was an Air Force veteran of World War II serving stateside. Mr. Coulter was a member of the Calvary Temple and was manager of Twighlight Trailer Park for over 20 years.

He is survived by one daughter, Linda Kelley and her husband Thomas of New Cumberland, WV, one son, Thomas Coulter and his wife Sheri of Ellwood City, two step-sons, John Ridenbaugh and his wife Carol of Philadelphia, and James Ridenbaugh of Tampa, FL, nine grandchildren, three great grandchildren, and his former wife, June (Guy) Coulter of New Castle.

He was preceded in death by one brother, Gary Coulter, and one sister, Jean Frank.

Visitation will be held at the William F. & Roger M. DeCarbo Funeral Home on Sunday, February 14, 2010 from 5 pm to 8 pm.

Funeral services will be held Monday, February 15, 2010 at 11:00 am at the William F. DeCarbo Memorial Chapel. Rev. Abel Robles of Oak Point Christian Center will be officiating. Burial will be in the Graceland Cemetery. The New Castle Area Honor Guard will perform Military Funeral Rites at the funeral home.
