Paris Lee Crowley, 67, of E. State Street, Sharon, formerly of New Castle, died Friday, February 19, 2010 at UPMC Horizon in Farrell. He was born September 25, 1942 in New Castle, the son of the late John Crowley and Mary McGriff. Mr. Crowley worked at Consolidated Glass in New Castle for 15 years. He was a Navy veteran of the Vietnam War. Mr. Crowley volunteered at the Mercer County United Way and at the Mercer County Association Building for many years, he also enjoyed playing chess.
He is survived by two daughters, Candi McCormick of New Castle, and Nancy L. Sankey of Sharon, two sons, Samuel J. Crowley and Davie J. Crowley, both of New Castle, ten grandchildren, and three great grandchildren.
He was also preceded in death by one sister, Elizabeth S. Roberts.
Visitation will be held at the William F. & Roger M. DeCarbo Funeral Home on Tuesday, February 23, 2010 from 10 am to 12 noon.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday, February 23, 2010 at 12:00 noon at the William F. DeCarbo Memorial Chapel. Pastor Cheryl Waguestack of Princeton Church will be officiating.
