Lucy Ann Cameron, 81, of Cascade Street, died Tuesday, April 13, 2010 at Jameson Memorial Hospital. She was born April 11, 1929 in New Castle, a daughter of the late Domenick and Leonarda (Santosuosso) Motto. She was married to John Cameron who died August 17, 2003. Mrs. Cameron worked in the kitchen at the Ladies of the Dukes for 26 years. She was a member of the Sons of Italy and a life member of the Ladies of the Dukes. Mrs. Cameron loved spending time with her family and they were all together on Sunday for her 81st birthday.

She is survived by one son, John F. Cameron and his wife Rebecca of Bessemer, two daughters, Sherry Wehr and her husband Dale, and Cindy Paris and her husband Louis, all of New Castle, one brothers, Judge Domenick Motto of New Castle, one sister, Angela Benzick of New Castle, eight grandchildren, Jason, Christopher, and Sean Cameron, Rochelle, Nicklaus and Jonelle Paris, Nikki Christopher and Alisa Best, and nine great grandchildren.

She was also preceded in death by her step-mother, Lidia Motto, and two sisters, Philomena and Angelina Motto.

A Private Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated at St. Anthony Church. Father James Downs of Christ the King Parish officiated. Entombment will be in the Castle View Memorial Gardens. Funeral arrangements are by the William F. & Roger M. DeCarbo Funeral Home.
