Jennie M. Alberico

Jennie M. Alberico, 96, of Hunter Woods Boulevard, formerly of Harding Street, died Friday, June 11, 2010 at Golden Hill Nursing Home. She was born October 5, 1913 in New Castle, a daughter of the late Samuel and Consiglia (Natale) DeAngelis. She was married to Andrew Alberico, Sr. who died October 1984. Mrs. Alberico was a homemaker and a member of St. Vitus Church and the Ladies Guild of St. Vitus Church.
She is survived by one daughter, Connie Alberico of New Castle, one son, Andrew Alberico of East Palestine, OH, one sister, Rose Angelo of New Castle, three grandchildren, and four great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by one daughter, Dolores Alberico, two brothers, Nick and Eugene DeAngelis, and two sisters, Louise Gentile and Margaret Gardiol.
Visitation will be held at the William F. & Roger M. DeCarbo Funeral Home, 926 Cunningham Avenue, on Sunday, June 13, 2010 from 4 pm to 7 pm.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Monday, June 14, 2010 at 11:00 am at St. Vitus Church. Father John Petrarulo of St. Vitus will be officiating. A funeral procession will leave the funeral home at 10:30 am. Burial will be in the St. Joseph Cemetery.
