Jonathan W. Donofrio, 30, of New Castle, died Saturday morning, June 26, 2010 in New Castle.
He was born in New Castle on April 22, 1980 a son of Tonie Jean (Donofrio) Smith, she survives in Wampum. Jon attended New Castle High School and last worked for Poland Concrete Products in Hillsville, PA. He enjoyed fishing, football, and loved the outdoors.
He is survived by two brothers, Christopher Donofrio and his wife April of Wampum, and Patrick Donofrio of New Castle, one sister, Theresa Donofrio of Akron, OH, his grandmother, Dolores Jean Donofrio of New Castle, his step-father, Wayne Smith of Akron, OH, and his niece, Krystyn Donofrio of New Castle.
He was preceded in death by his grandfather, James Tony Donofrio.
Visitation will be held Wednesday, June 30, 2010 from 10 am to 12 noon at the William F. & Roger M. DeCarbo Funeral Home, 926 Cunningham Avenue.
