Madyson Nichole Smiley, died at birth, Friday afternoon, October 13, 2006 at Jameson Memorial Hospital in New Castle, Pennsylvania. She was a daughter of Anthony J. Smiley and Katherine McKenzie, her parents survive in New Castle.
She is also survived by 1 brother, Ryan Smiley of New Castle, PA, 2 sisters, Nicolete Smiley and Angeleic Smiley of New Castle, PA, her maternal grandmother, Wanda (Eles) McKenzie of Pulaski, PA, and her paternal grandparents, Anthony Smiley, Sr. and Lori (Conti) Smiley of New Castle, PA.
A Blessing Service will be held Wednesday, October 18, 2006 at 11:00 A.M. at the William F. DeCarbo Memorial Chapel. Father Kenneth Keene of St. Vincent de Paul Parish will be officiating. Burial will be in the St. Lucy Cemetery. Arrangements by the William F. & Roger M. DeCarbo Funeral Home.
