Albert E. Jackson, Jr.

Albert E. Jackson, Jr., 65, of Garden Center Road in Shenango Township, died Wednesday, June 12, 2024, at UPMC Passavant-McCandless. He was born in New Castle on February 28, 1959, the son of the late Albert E. and Alice V. (Troutman) Jackson, Sr. He married Linda L. (Reno) Jackson, on July 31, 1981, she survives at home. Mr. Jackson was a self-employed contractor most of his life. He enjoyed working on cars and motorcycles, tinkering with everything, Demolition Derby’s, fishing, hunting, lawn care, and the outdoors. Above all, he loved spending time with his family.

In addition to his wife, he is also survived by two daughters, Jessica L. Jackson, and Monica M. Holmes and her husband Lamar all of New Castle, four grandchildren, Serenity Talley, India Golden, Isaiah Payne, and Xzavier Payne, and one sister, Janet James.

In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by one brother, DeWayne Jackson, and one sister, Denise Bradley.

Visitation will be held Tuesday, June 18, 2024, from 5 PM to 7 PM at the William F. & Roger M. DeCarbo Funeral Home, 926 Cunningham Avenue. Funeral services will be celebrated Wednesday, June 19, 2024, at 12:00 PM, at the William F. DeCarbo Memorial Chapel. Pastor Darren Abraham will officiate. Burial will be in Graceland Cemetery.
