Audrey M. Long

Audrey M. Long, 86, of Harlansburg Road, died Saturday, April 6, 2024, at UPMC Jameson Hospital in New Castle. She was born in Cambridge, MA, on November 1, 1937, the daughter of the late Edward and Audrey (O’Brien) Goldspring. Mrs. Long was married to the late Charles J. Long, who died December 2016. She was a seamstress at St. Francis Hospital, retiring after 20 years. She loved bowling and going to breakfast with friends and family.

She is survived by three children, Charles J. Long, Jr., and his wife Cynthia, Lorri Poulos Bruno and her husband Carmen, and Edward D. Long and his wife Becky all of Naples, FL, six grandchildren, three great grandchildren, one brother, Joe Goldspring, and one sister, Eunice LaPlante.

In addition to her parents and husband, she was also preceded in death by two brothers, Edward Goldspring and Sonny Goldspring, and two sisters, Mary Patti and Arlene Norman.

There are no services scheduled at this time. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the William F. & Roger M. DeCarbo Funeral Home, 926 Cunningham Avenue.
