Benjamin James Blundo

Benjamin James Blundo, 44, of Graceland Road, died Wednesday, August 30, 2023 at UPMC Jameson Hospital in New Castle. He was born on June 9, 1979 in New Castle, the son of Benjamin M. and Sheridan ‘Sheri’ L. (DeRosa) Blundo, both of his parents survive in New Castle. Mr. Blundo worked at the Lawrence County Courthouse/ Government Center as a maintenance worker. He enjoyed drawing, music, acting, playing the guitar, and Rock N’ Roll. Above all, he loved spending time with his family, nephews, and brothers.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by three brothers, Carmen V. Blundo and his wife Stefania, James V. Blundo and his wife Donatina both of New Castle, and Antonio J. Blundo of Pittsburgh, three nephews, Gian, Jett, and Leo, his aunts and uncles, Judy and Mark Allegro, Joe and Deb Blundo, Justin DeRosa, Robert DeRosa, and a number of loving cousins.
Visitation will be held Saturday, September 2, 2023 from 10 AM to 1 PM at the William F. & Roger M. DeCarbo Funeral Home, 926 Cunningham Avenue. Funeral services will be held Saturday, September 2, 2023 at 1:00 PM at the William F. DeCarbo Memorial Chapel. Rev. Matthew Bupp will officiate. Burial will be in St. Vitus Cemetery.
