Beth Ann Heath, 60, of McGrath Avenue, New Castle, died Saturday, October 14, 2023 at Good Samaritan Hospice in Beaver, PA. She was born in New Castle on March 25, 1963 a daughter of the late Carl Mefferd and Roxine (Rozzi) Apicelli. She was also preceded in death by her step-father, Michael Apicelli.
Beth worked in the cafeteria of New Castle High School and was a pharmacy technician at East Side Pharmacy and McKesson for a number of years. She enjoyed cooking, shopping and was a social person who loved people and spending time with her son and grandson.
She is survived by one son, Bryant R. Heath, Jr. of New Castle, one grandson, Isaiah R. Heath and one brother, Carl Mefferd of New Castle.
Visitation will be held Wednesday, October 18, 2023 from 10 AM to 12 PM at the William F. & Roger M. DeCarbo Funeral Home, 926 Cunningham Avenue. A funeral service will be held Wednesday, October 18, 2023 at 12:00 PM at the William F. DeCarbo Memorial Chapel. Pastor David Young of Prevailing Word World Outreach Center will officiate. Burial will be in St. Vitus Cemetery.
