Brenda K. Stouwie

Brenda K. Stouwie, 57, of Randolph Street, died Thursday, April 4, 2024, at UPMC Jameson Hospital in New Castle. She was born on October 28, 1966, in New Castle, the daughter of the late Donald and Carol (Brown) George. Mrs. Stouwie enjoyed arts and crafts, cross stitching, and Amazon shopping. Above all, she loved her grandchildren.
She is survived by three daughters, Angelica L. Stouwie of Iowa, Stephanie C. Stouwie and her husband Robert Remler, and Rachel E. Stouwie both of New Castle, six grandchildren, Gabriella Swesey, Jaylynn Caravaggio, Reagan Gagel, Patrick Swesey, Zayne Swesey, and Ayden Barton, two brothers, Frank George and Carl George, and one sister, Jamie Logan.
In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by one sister, Donna George.
Visitation will be held Friday, April 12, 2024, from 5 PM to 6 PM at the William F. & Roger M. DeCarbo Funeral Home, 926 Cunningham Avenue. Funeral services will be celebrated Friday, April 12, 2024, at 6:00 PM at the William F. DeCarbo Memorial Chapel. Pastor Alonzo Waters will officiate.
