Brian A. Flamino

Brian Alan Flamino, 51, formerly of New Castle, died Monday, January 14, 2019 at his residence in Industry, PA. He was born in New Castle on November 26, 1967 a son of the late Brady and Anna May (Venturella) Flamino. Mr. Flamino was a custodian for New Castle Area School District for 25 years. He enjoyed listening to music and fixing and restoring cars and was an avid sports fan, especially Notre Dame, New York Yankees and the New York Jets, and he loved his dogs.

He is survived by three daughters, Alexandria M. Flamino, Lea M. Flamino, and Christina N. Flamino, all of New Castle, his former wife, Susan L. (Mastrangelo) Flamino of New Castle, one brother, Brady Flamino of New Castle, one sister, Marcia Shirani of Houston, TX, and a number of nephews.

Visitation will be held Wednesday, January 16, 2019 from 4 PM to 7 PM at the William F. & Roger M. DeCarbo Funeral Home, 926 Cunningham Avenue.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thursday, January 17, 2019 at 11:00 AM at St. Mary’s Church. Father Nick Mastrangelo of St. Therese Church will officiate. A funeral procession will leave the funeral home at 10:30 AM. Burial will be in Parkside Cemetery.
