Connie L. Fowler Feeney

Connie L. Fowler Feeney, 78, formally of New Castle, passed away Saturday, September 16, 2017 at Tampa General Hospital, Tampa, Florida after an extended illness. She was born on September 6, 1939 to the late David E. and Florence E. (Martin) Rhodes. Before retiring to Florida in 2003, Connie lived in Glen Ellyn, Illinois for 13 years. She retired from Jameson Hospital after more than 20 years of employment. Connie enjoyed crafts, going to plays, reading and watching the Tampa Bay Rays Baseball Team. She especially loved spending time with her family. She is survived by her husband, William F. Feeney, her daughter, Cindy (Ed) Orlowski, of Tampa, Florida, her son, John David (Jean) Fowler of New Castle, grandchildren, Matthew Orlowski, Jaime (Regis) Bouton, and Brittany Nicole Fowler. Three great‐grandchildren, Tyler John Stroia, Madelyn and Oliva Bouton, her brothers David (Cheryl)Rhodes, Randy (Barbara) Rhodes, and sisters, Delores Shaftic and Janet Bogus. Preceding Connie in death are her parents; sister Shirley Deli and brother Gene Rhodes. Services will be held to celebrate her life on Saturday, October 7, 2017 at 11:00 am at the William F.
