Connie Lee Taylor, 52, of W. Edison Avenue died Friday, August 11, 2023 at UPMC Passavant-McCandless Hospital. She was born in New Castle on February 16, 1971 the daughter of the late Rudolph R. Rotar, Sr. and Midge E. (Ryhal) Rotar. Ms. Taylor worked as a cashier for Sheetz in Union Township. She loved watching tv, adult coloring books, reading her bible, and her family and being with her grandchildren.
She is survived by three children, Samantha J. Taylor of New Castle, John E. Taylor, and Eddie L. Taylor both of West Middlesex, five grandchildren, Destiny Honaker, Dale Honaker, III, Maryauna Guillaumez, Miracle Jones, and Princeton Jones, and one brother, Rudoph R. Rotar, Jr. of New Castle.
There are no services scheduled at this time. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the William F. & Roger M. DeCarbo Funeral Home, 926 Cunningham Avenue.
