Cynthia G. Staph

Cynthia G. Staph, formerly of Harrison Street, died Sunday, February 9, 2025, at UPMC Jameson Hospital in New Castle. She was born on March 2, 1957, in New Castle, the daughter of the late Richard and Clara (Coliacovo) Staph. Cindy was a 1975 graduate from New Castle High School, and a member of Holy Spirit Parish- St. Vitus. She worked for 10 years at Glaemby International Makeup Company of New York City, then 9 years at Suburban Casual, and then 9 years at the New Castle High School Cafeteria. Cindy had an extreme passion for music and enjoyed going to the casino and dancing. She was involved in many activities, clubs, and social events. Cindy was a loving, caring person who only wanted love, peace, and happiness for her family.

She is survived by two children, Jonquil J. DiNardo and her husband Anthony of Jacksonville, FL, and Denny A. Glorioso of New Castle, one grandson, Gianni Anthony Glorioso of Sharon, PA, one brother, Ricky Staph and his wife Mariann (Saesan) of New Castle, two nephews, Mark Staph and James Staph, one great-niece, Sofia Staph, and two great-nephews, Justin Staph and Beckham Staph.

In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her hero and precious son, Tory Louis Glorioso, one nephew, Justin Staph, and one niece, Kyley Staph.

Private services will be celebrated at the William F. & Roger M. DeCarbo Funeral Home, 926 Cunningham Avenue.
