Deborah J. Clark

Deborah J. Clark passed away on July 11th, 2023, at UPMC Jameson Hospital after a fatal heart attack. She was born in New Castle on December 28th, 1962, and was the precious daughter of Beverly J. Conway. Deborah was a graduate of Shenango High School and has lived in New Castle for most of her life. After high school she went to the New Castle Beauty Academy to study to be a beautician and teach cosmetology where she got both her operators and teachers license, and she then worked as beautician at various full-service salons around New Castle for over 30 years. She retired from Kenneth’s Beauty Salon due to declining health. Her greatest joy in life was spending time with her family and friends. She was an avid reader until she became blind and discovered a new love for audio books.

Deborah was blessed with two beautiful children, Jared A. Clark and Brianna J. Clark, and a dear grandson named Jayden L. Lindsey. Currently she is survived by her mother, brother James E. Conway, son, daughter, grandson, and a number of nieces, nephews, aunts, and uncles.

She was also preceded in death by her grandfather James W. Conway, her grandmother Mary E. Conway, and father James E. Conway.

Her visitation will be at the William & Roger DeCarbo Funeral Home on Saturday, July 15th, 2023 from 12 PM to 2 PM, followed by a funeral service at 2:00 PM with Pastor Michael Spicuzza from Clem-Moore Presbyterian Church officiating. Her burial will be at Oak Park Cemetery.
