Dennis E. Yale

Dennis E. Yale, 76, of Boyles Avenue, died Saturday, March 1, 2025, at UPMC Jameson Hospital in New Castle. He was born in Sharon, PA, on December 12, 1948, the son of the late Emil and Allene (Devereaux) Yale. He was married to the late Ruth Ann (Walker) Yale, who died January 6, 2021. Mr. Yale was a United States Navy Veteran, serving 9 years in the Vietnam Ear. Dennis was a letter carrier for the US Postal Service, retiring after over 30 years. He was a member of the Masons, and he enjoyed fishing, camping, bowling, and going on vacation to Ocean City, Maryland. He loved all his Cleveland sports teams. Above all, he loved watching his children and grandchildren play sports. 

He is survived by three children, Jeannette A. Cook and her husband Joshua A. Clark of Sharon, PA, Brenda A. Comninos and her husband Peter S. Comninos II of Masury, OH, and Dennis K. Yale and his wife Lynnlee Barbati-Yale of New Castle, eleven grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren.

In addition to his parents and wife, he was also preceded in death by two sister, Jane Rainey and Joyce Prezgay. 

There are no services scheduled at this time. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the William F. & Roger M. DeCarbo Funeral Home, 926 Cunningham Avenue.
