Gerald L. 'Jerry' Jenkins

Gerald L. ‘Jerry’ Jenkins, 54, of Cadet Street, died Thursday, January 4, 2024, at UPMC Presbyterian Hospital in Pittsburgh, PA. He was born in New Castle on April 30, 1969, the son of William and Patricia (Trott) Jenkins, both of his parents survive in New Castle. Mr. Jenkins loved reading a book with a Pepsi in hand, and spending time with his three dogs, Clark, Rylen, and Jackson, and two cats, Seven and Nine.
He is survived by one brother, William ‘Billy’ Jenkins and his wife Maryann of New Castle, one sister, Jodi L. Cugini and her husband Perry of New Castle, two nieces, Julie Cugini and Megan Jenkins, one nephew, Michael Cugini and his wife Dana, one great-niece, Scarlett Cugini, and a number of close friends, Courtney, Delaney, and family, Camille, Kiley, Tracy, Abbie and many more.
He was also preceded in death by a nephew, Gino V. Cugini.
There are no services scheduled at this time. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the William F. & Roger M. DeCarbo Funeral Home, 926 Cunningham Avenue.
