Hugh David Clements, Jr., 39, of Galbreath Street, died Friday, June 22, 2018 at UPMC Jameson Hospital in New Castle. He was born June 14, 1979 in New Castle, the son of the late Hugh and Irene (Robertson) Clements, Sr. Hugh enjoyed video games and working on and fixing cars.
He is survived by one sister, Kimberly Sue Koziol and husband Kenneth of New Castle, two nephews, James M. Grooms, III and Kenneth D. Koziol, a number of aunts and uncles and his best friend, Christina Dixon.
Visitation will be held at the William F. & Roger M. DeCarbo Funeral Home, 926 Cunningham Avenue on Tuesday, June 26, 2018 from 11 AM to 12 PM.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday, June 26, 2018 at 12:00 P.M. at the William F. DeCarbo Memorial Chapel.
