Jeanne L. Watters

Jeanne L. Watters, 71, of Huron Avenue, died Sunday, December 8, 2024, at UPMC Jameson Hospital in New Castle. She was born on October 7, 1953, in New Castle, the daughter of the late Samuel and Louise (Delin) Fray. She married Randy S. Watters on June 7, 2013, he survives at home. Mrs. Watters worked for Adams Manufacturing as a supervisor, retiring after 20 years, and then worked as a laborer for CFF Co. on Pulaski Road for a number of years. She loved making bead crafts, and her dogs, Billy, August, and Harley.

In addition to her husband, she is also survived by one brother, Dave Fray and his wife Dee of New Castle, one sister, Elaine Glidden of New Castle, and one sister-in-law, Susan Fray of New Castle, and a number of nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by one brother, Sam Fray.

Visitation will be held Thursday, December 12, 2024, from 4 PM to 5 PM at the William F. & Roger M. DeCarbo Funeral Home, 926 Cunningham Avenue. A funeral service will be celebrated Thursday, December 12, 2024, at 5:00 PM at the William F. DeCarbo Memorial Chapel. Rev. Matthew Bupp will officiate.
