Jesse E. Alley, Jr.

Jesse Earl Alley, Jr., 48, of Allen Street, Union Township, died Saturday, November 3, 2018 at UPMC Presbyterian Hospital in Pittsburgh. He was born in New Castle on June 4, 1970 a son of the late Jesse Earl Alley, Sr., and Kathleen Ann (Kobak) Alley, his mother survives in New Castle. Mr. Alley enjoyed rebuilding car and trucks and loved spending time with his family, especially his nieces and nephews.
In addition to his mother he is survived by one brother, Gary L. Alley of Darlington, PA, one sister, KathyJo Peterson of New Castle and a number of aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, November, 6, 2018 form 4 PM to 6 PM at the William F. and Roger M. DeCarbo Funeral Home, 926 Cunningham Avenue.
A funeral service will be celebrated on Tuesday, November 6, 2018 at 6:00 PM at the William F. DeCarbo Memorial Chapel. Rev. Albert Librizzi will officiate. Burial will be in Graceland Cemetery.
