Joetta C. Keller

Joetta Cheryl Keller, 56, of Sharon, died Saturday, March 2, 2019 at Quality Life Services New Castle. She was born October 1, 1962 in Ellwood City, a daughter of the late Franklin and Doris (Kennedy) Ritchie. Mrs. Keller was a private duty caregiver and a nurses' aid for a number of years. She enjoyed traveling and spending time with her nieces and nephews.

She is survived by five brothers, Frank E. Ritchie and his wife Carol of New Castle, Lawrence Doug Ritchie of New Castle, Paul E. Ritchie and his wife Kimberly of New Castle, Mark W. Ritchie and his wife Kim of St. Mary's, PA, and Brian L. Ritchie of New Castle, her companion, Dave Campbell of Sharon, and a number of nieces and nephews.

She was also preceded in death by her sister Delores Jo Ritchie.

Visitation will be held at the Neshannock Presbyterian Church, 154 Fairground Rd., New Castle, PA 16101 on Saturday, March 23, 2019 from 5 PM to 5:30 PM.

Memorial services will be held Saturday, March 23, 2019 at 5:30 PM at the Neshannock Presbyterian Church. Rev. Randy Stringer of Neshannock Presbyterian Church will be officiating. Funeral arrangements are by the William F. & Roger M. DeCarbo Funeral Home, 926 Cunningham Avenue.
