Joseph J. Napier

Joseph Jamar Napier, 38, of South Jefferson Street, died Wednesday, May 16, 2018 at Ellwood City Hospital. He was born in New Castle on May 13, 1980 a son of the late Anthony L. and Doretha (Napier) Moore. Mr. Napier was a personal care giver for Don Services and enjoyed fishing, grilling and cooking, football and basketball. He also loved being with family and friends.

He is survived by two brothers, Sean Napier and wife Nikole of New Castle and Vaughn Bivens of Charlotte, NC, five sisters, Marcy Napier and husband Bill of Pittsburgh, Tina Napier of New Castle, Toni Moore of New Castle, Cora Napier and fiancé Marlon of Warren, OH and Sarah Napier and fiancé Judd of New Castle and a number of nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by two nieces, Kayla Napier and Heavenly Moore.

Visitation will be held Wednesday, May 23, 2018 from 11 AM to 1 PM at the William F. & Roger M. DeCarbo Funeral Home, 926 Cunningham Avenue.

Funeral services will be Wednesday, May 23, 2018 at 1 PM at the William F. DeCarbo Memorial Chapel. Burial will be in Parkside Cemetery.
