Judith ‘Judi’ (Colaluca) Masters, 68, of New Castle, PA, passed away on November 30, 2024, at home. Born on March 21, 1956, Judi was the daughter of the late Patsy and Julia (Quinn) Colaluca. Judi married her beloved husband Phillip ‘Flip’ Masters, and they both recently celebrated 34 years of marriage together. Judi recently retired from New Castle Area School District, where she not only made it her career, but she made countless impacts on countless children she met as a personal care assistant. Judi was a lifelong member of Holy Spirit Parish- formerly known as St. Vitus. She enjoyed cooking and keeping the family Easter pie tradition, as well as many other dishes. Judi’s greatest joy came truly from her sons and grandchildren.

In addition to her husband, Judi is survived by her two sons, Steve (Erica) Fornataro, and Ryan (Kristen Altman) Colaluca, her siblings, Frank (Shanna) Colaluca, Karen Colaluca, and Melissa Colaluca, her grandchildren, Dominic ‘Nooch’ Fornataro, Gianna Fornataro, Annaliese Panella, and Aaron Altman, her niece, Dawnitza (Heather) Colaluca, her nephew, Patsy (Ashley Marshall) Carbone, great-nieces and great-nephews, Sophie Comaduran, Chase Comaduran, Jaxyn Carbone, and Julia Colaluca, and her brother-in-law, Marchie Masters. As well as one ‘well fed, spoiled’ dog, Sasha, who she loved dearly.

In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her mother and father-in-law, Anegla and Charles Masters, and brother-in-laws, Danny Masters and Chuckie Masters.

In honoring Judi’s wishes, no funeral services will be held. As Judi would say, “I love you bunches”.

Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the William F. & Roger M. DeCarbo Funeral Home, 926 Cunningham Avenue.
