Justin M. Palmer

Justin Michael Palmer, 34, of South Round Street, Union Township, died Friday, January 11, 2019 New Castle. He was born February 16, 1984 in New Castle, the son of Joni Dottle, his mother survives in New Castle. Justin worked in sales at Mahoning Valley Premier in Poland, OH. He enjoyed singing karaoke, playing video games, was an avid reader and loved spending time with his family and friends.

In addition to his mother he is survived by two brother, Ralph Dottle of New Castle, and Randy Dottle and his friend Alexis Gulnac of New Castle, one sister, Nikki Clayton and her husband Dan of New Castle, two nieces, Kendall Palmer and Isabella Dottle, and one nephew, Preston Stoner.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Donald G. and Dorothy J. Palmer.

There are no services scheduled at this time. Funeral arrangements are by the William F. & Roger M. DeCarbo Funeral Home, 926 Cunningham Avenue.
