Martha J. Henry

Martha J. Henry, 87, of Vista South, died Wednesday, October 16, 2024, at UPMC Mercy Hospital in Pittsburgh. She was born in Ellwood City, PA, on June 22, 1937, the daughter of the late Daniel and Aurelia (Ungham) Fenechi. She was married to the late Paul F. Henry, who died on January 9, 2010. Mrs. Henry worked in Housekeeping at St. Francis Hospital retiring after 16 years. She enjoyed cooking and spending time with her family. She loved singing, especially How Great Thou Art and other hymns.

She is survived by four daughters, Debbie L. Collins and her husband Frank of New Castle, Cindy J. Mastren and her husband Dennis of New Castle, Cheryl J. Kennedy and her husband Pete of New Wilmington, and Patti L. Presnar and her husband Stan of New Castle, four grandchildren, Amber Devido and her husband Chris, Frankie Collins III, Ashley Fambro and her husband Demetrius, and Matthew Williams, and four great-grandchildren, Christopher, Demetrius, Jr., Riley, and Mia.

In addition to her parents and husband, she was also preceded in death by three brothers, Earl Fenechi, George Fenechi, and Daniel Fenechi, Jr., and five sisters, Anna Hazen, Elaine Yarzebinski, Mary Popoff, Valeria Neal, and Jennie Grala.

Visitation will be held Friday, October 25, 2024, from 2 PM to 3 PM at the William F. & Roger M. DeCarbo Funeral Home, 926 Cunningham Avenue. A memorial service will be celebrated Friday, October 25, 2024, at 3:00 PM at the William F. DeCarbo Memorial Chapel. Rev. Richard Nero will officiate. Burial will be in Locust Grove Cemetery.
