Mary Jane Palmiro

Mary Jane Palmiro, 69, of North Lafayette Street, Mahoningtown, died Saturday, July 21, 2018 at UPMC Presbyterian in Pittsburgh. She was born September 23, 1948 in New Castle, a daughter of the late Frank and Martha (Domenick) Palmiro. Mary Jane was a cashier at Big J Supermarket and was a self-employed beautician for over 30 years. She retired from Infocision after 10 years as a telemarketer. She enjoyed cooking and playing cards on Friday nights with her family. Mary Jane was a personal caregiver for Millie Funari for a number of years and she loved her family.
She is survived by one sister, Connie Graham of New Castle, and one nephew, Jimmie Graham of New Castle.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her brother Billy Palmiro.
Visitation will be held at the William F. & Roger M. DeCarbo Funeral Home, 926 Cunningham Avenue on Wednesday, July 25, 2018 from 4 PM to 7 PM.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Thursday, July 26, 2018 at 11:00 A.M. at St. Vincent de Paul Church. Father Vince Kolo will be officiating. A funeral procession will leave the funeral home at 10:30 AM. Burial will be in the St. Lucy Cemetery.
