Patricia L. Miller-Brown, 65, of Locust Street, died Monday, November 14, 2023, at Humbert Health Care in Washington, PA. She was born in Oklahoma City, OK on September 28, 1958, the daughter of the late Gordon and Dorothy M. (Brice) Miller. Ms. Brown was a United States Army Veteran. She was a Drill SGT with Company B 27th CS Battalion at Fort Hood, TX. Ms. Brown was a self-employed truck driver for a number of years. She enjoyed board games, traveling, sewing, and watching TV. Above all, she loved spending time with her family. She is survived by one daughter, Sentrilla Akeise Latoy McDonald of New Kensington, PA, one grandson, Kashawan Williams, three brothers, Michael Savannah, Kevin Stevenson, and Randolph Miller, one sister, Siobhan DeRosa, and a number of nieces, nephews, and cousins. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by two sisters, Erma Stevenson-Headen and Sharlice Parks. Visitation will be held Tuesday, November 21, 2023, from 2 PM to 4 PM at the William F. & Roger M. DeCarbo Funeral Home, 926 Cunningham Avenue. Funeral services will be celebrated Tuesday, November 21, 2023, at 4:00 PM at the William F. DeCarbo Memorial Chapel. Rev. Keith Burley will officiate. Burial will be in the National Cemetery of the Alleghenies.
