Paul E. Cwynar, 71, formerly of New Castle, passed away on the morning of January 26, 2019, in Texas. He was born in New Castle on January 19, 1948, the son of the late Walter and Rita (Perkins) Cwynar. He was preceded in death by his wife of 47 years, Marsha (Stubbs) Cwynar.
He is survived by his sister Joan (Cwynar) Howard of Dallas, his three children, Monica Cwynar of Pittsburgh, Toni (Cwynar) Glendenning and her husband Ken Glendenning of Dallas, and Darrin Cwynar of New Castle, and two grandsons, Joseph and Ian.
There are no services scheduled at this time. Funeral arrangements are by the William F. & Roger M. DeCarbo Funeral Home, 926 Cunningham Avenue.
