Pauline M. Orlando

Pauline M. Orlando, 88, of Friendship Street, died Tuesday, June 26, 2018 at Golden Hill Nursing Home in New Castle. She was born April 26, 1930 in Altoona, Pennsylvania a daughter of the late Michael and Elsie (Wiertz) Orlando. Pauline worked at the LARK Workshop for 25 years. She enjoyed playing bingo, listening to music, playing the bells, making arts and crafts, and attending Mass and the Rosary at Golden Hill Nursing Home. She was a member of St. Vitus Church.
She is survived by one brother, Angelo R. Orlando and his wife Alicia of Joppa, MD, one sister, Betty Jayne Cioffi and her husband Larry of New Castle, and a number of nieces and nephews and great nieces and great nephews.
Private services were held at the William F. DeCarbo & Roger M. DeCarbo Funeral Home, 926 Cunningham Avenue. Burial will be in St. Lucy Cemetery.
