Phillip Pascarella

Phillip Pascarella, 62, of Frazier Drive, died Wednesday, July 4, 2018 at his home in New Castle. He was born May 12, 1956 in New Castle, a son of the late Paul and Clara (Pegnato) Pascarella. He was married to Cheryl A. ‘Cherri’ (Duda) Pascarella on September 6, 1975, she survives in New Castle. Phillip worked at Nelson Company as a plant manager for 28 years. He enjoyed golfing, hunting, fishing, playing cards and going to the casino. He also loved spending time with his grandchildren.
In addition to his wife he is survived by two daughters, Nicole A. Lanigan and husband Shane of New Castle, Leigh Ann Newman and husband Chris of Pittsburgh, two brothers, Paul Pascarella of Portersville, and Joseph Pascarella of New Castle, one sister, Mary Ann Kingston of New Castle, and five grandchildren, Camryn, Brody, Addyson, Mya and Kaden.
Visitation will be held at the St. Vitus Church, 910 S. Mercer Street, on Saturday, July 7, 2018 from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Saturday, July 7, 2018 at 1:30 P.M. at St. Vitus Church. Father James Downs will be officiating. Burial will be in Parkside Cemetery. Funeral arrangements are by the William F. & Roger M. DeCarbo Funeral Home, 926 Cunningham Avenue.
