Phyllis M. Fiacco

Phyllis M. Fiacco, 88, of W. Clayton Street, Mahoningtown, died Tuesday, December 26, 2023, at UPMC Jameson Care Center in New Castle. She was born in Rochester, PA on April 6, 1935, the daughter of the late Albert and Jennie (Tooch) Fiacco. Ms. Fiacco was a member of Holy Spirit Parish-St. Vincent de Paul and was very active in the church. She was a client aide for Lark Enterprises for 15 years. She enjoyed reading and gambling.
She is survived by one niece, Lanette Tarnaski and one nephew, Gage Tarnaski both of New Castle.
In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by three brothers, Albert Fiacco, John Fiacco, and Pete Fiacco, and two sisters, Lena Fiacco and Anna Rita Fiacco.
Private services will be held at the William F. & Roger M. DeCarbo Funeral Home, 926 Cunningham Avenue. Burial will be in St. Lucy Cemetery.
