Randal S. Watters

Randal S. Watters, 68, of Huron Avenue, died Monday, February 3, 2025, at his residence in New Castle. He was born on July 17, 1956, in New Castle, the son of the late Richard and Mary (Capp) Watters. Randy was married to the late Jeanne L. (Fray) Watters, who died on December 8, 2024. Randy worked as the head chef at Yerage’s Restaurant in New Castle, Youngstown Country Club, Meadow’s in Pittsburgh, and was currently the head chef at Cedar’s Restaurant in New Castle. He enjoyed cooking, going to flea markets, and his dogs. Randy also loved to relax with his family.
He is survived by one brother, Richard D. Watters and his wife Lydia of Howard, PA, and two nephews, Daniel Watters and Ian Watters.
Visitation will be held Tuesday, February 11, 2025, from 1 PM to 4 PM at the William F. & Roger M. DeCarbo Funeral Home, 926 Cunningham Avenue. A funeral service will be held Tuesday, February 11, 2025, at 4:00 PM, at the William F. DeCarbo Memorial Chapel. Rev. John Fraser will officiate. Burial will be in Graceland Cemetery.
