Richard C. 'Ricky' Cioffi

Richard C. ‘Ricky’ Cioffi, 69, of Ryan Avenue, died Monday, March 11, 2024, at Halifax Health Medical Center in Daytona Beach, FL. He was born in New Castle, on October 4, 1954, the son of the late Patsy and Mabel (Myers) Cioffi. Ricky married Doris ‘Dee’ (Green) Cioffi on June 5, 1976, she survives in New Castle. Ricky was owner/operator of Pat Cioffi Contracting as a general contractor, for 47 years. He was also the owner and operator of Puff and Snuff in Croton. Ricky enjoyed riding his motorcycle and slingshot, traveling, especially to Florida, and gambling. He loved his dog, Kitty, spending time with his family and friends, and most of all his daughter, Michelle.

In addition to his wife, he was also survived by one daughter, Michelle M. Cioffi of New Castle, two brothers, Thomas Cioffi and Robert Cioffi and his companion, Freda Shaftic both of New Castle, one sister, Tricia Droeder and her husband Fred of New Castle, and his companion, Karen Macri.

Visitation will be held Saturday, March 16, 2024, from 2 PM to 6 PM at the William F. & Roger M. DeCarbo Funeral Home, 926 Cunningham Avenue. Funeral services will be celebrated Saturday, March 16, 2024, at 6:00 PM, at the William F. & Roger M. DeCarbo Funeral Home.
