Richard Alexander Innocent, 47, of East Washington Street died Wednesday, July 19, 2023 at his residence in New Castle. He was born on October 26, 1975 in New Castle, a son of the late Nick Innocent and Marcia (Glitch) Innocent, his mother survives in New Castle. Mr. Innocent was a Crane and Heavy Equipment Operator at EQS and Blair Strip Steel for 20 years. He was a member of Holy Spirit Parish- Mary Mother of Hope. He was a member of the Mahoning Sportsman’s Association, and he enjoyed fishing, shooting, and playing video games.
In addition to his mother, he is survived by two children, Alexander N. Innocent and Nathan M. Innocent and his wife Sarah both of New Castle, one sister, Nicole Innocent of New Castle, and his former spouse, Mary E. (Lepore) Graham of Campbell, OH.
In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by one brother, Michael S. Innocent.
Private visitations have been scheduled at the William F. & Roger M. DeCarbo Funeral Home, 926 Cunningham Avenue. Burial will be in Oak Park Cemetery.
