Richard F. Moyer, II, 44, of Oak Street died Monday, April 10, 2023 at his residence in New Castle. He was born on January 23, 1979 a son of Richard F. Moyer, I and the late Dori (Brightshue) Moyer, his father survives in New Castle. Richard loved heavy metal, the Buffalo Bills, watching youtube and movies on the computer, and playing video games. Above all, he loved spending time with his children.
In addition to his father, he is survived by four children, Katie Buchowski and her husband Raymond of New Castle, Richard M. Moyer, who is currently in the United States Army stationed in Louisiana, Rileigh P. Moyer of New Castle, and Alexia G. Moyer of New Castle, one brother, Christopher J. Moyer of New Castle, one nephew, Christian Moyer, and one stepsister, Dani Ritchie.
Visitation will be held Saturday, April 15, 2023 from 2 PM to 4 PM at the William F. & Roger M. DeCarbo Funeral Home, 926 Cunningham Avenue. Funeral services will be celebrated Saturday, April 15, 2023 at 4:00 PM. Pastor Kevin Strickler will officiate.
